- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If we could give ZERO stars that would be more accurate. List of complaints: -Schedule patients at 7a. No one there till 7:30. Door states opens at 8a. Call phone number & recording says opens at 9a. -Appointment for labs, arrive, & lab person is not in that day. -See Goldbach & he states he will call with results after labs are done at other site. No call about results. -Next appointment, Goldbach states he will put in prescription. Days & 2 phone calls to his office later, the pharmacy finally gets request. -Next appointment told I was a month early & not on the schedule till next month, but that would need to be changed because Goldbach in out on those dates. Found card filled out by receptionist with date & time on it which was when I had arrived. -Decide to cancel all appointments an see new doctor. Request lab records for new doctor, & informed that will be a $35 fee. After filling out, signing & faxing forms back & forth b/w offices, was told again it would be $35 fee b/c I am requesting it for myself. -Beyond infuriating working with this office & it's staff. No respect for their patient's time & no accountability for their repeated mistakes.April 01, 2017by Heather Sanchez
