- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wonderful experience! My dog has always gone to the Banfield in Cary but we have relocated to Wake Forest. I wanted to transfer her to this location but did not think her first visit there would be an emergency/sick visit. They were so wonderful and the customer service was amazing! They made me feel so much more relaxed in a time of uneasiness. They were extremely patient with the many questions I had about my dogs diagnosis of a long term illness and what we needed to do to treat it. I was considering canceling my plan at the renewal time and transferring to a different vet but I will be sticking with them instead!September 23, 2017by Lindsey Barnhardt
