  Have always liked the individual pharmacies than the chains brands, they are more personable and friendlier. This one is below average from those I have used before. Have used them for 11 months and they still ask if I am new to them, I am in about once a week. Recently I phoned in a refill prescription, Received a phone message a script was ready, I went to pick up one for my wife and then mine. They could not find mine. 3 were looking for 20 minutes. I asked what was the problem and they said it had been filled but could not find it. Then one of the pharmacist came and said I had picked it up last week. I stated I picked up (name of drug) last week. She insisted that I had 3 times. I repeated again the drug I had picked up before which was not this script. They then said it had run out of refills and had to be renewed by the physician. I asked how it could go from being filled and lost to being out of refills with no answer. Wish this was the only problem I have had with them.

  Skip the big chains. If you want attentive service from a local business owner, Wake Forest Drugs is the place. Great staff! Really nice gifts inside as well. Love the personal service here!

  They went from being a completely 5-star location to repeatedly failing to have my medications in stock. I'm on long-term routine medications, so I don't understand why it's always out of stock when I call. This has been going on for months, and I've tried to be patient in hoping they'll fix whatever inventory management issues they're having, but I'm so frustrated at this point. C'mon guys. Not everyone can be flexible in when they pick up their refills. Don't make me transfer to another pharmacy.
