- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have my FSA account through this company and they are one of the most difficult, frustrating, and exasperating company I have ever had to work with. They tell you how great it is to have a tax free FSA account, but once your money is in the account it is next to impossible to access that money to pay for medical bills. It's next to impossible to talk with a customer service representative, and once you do they are almost worthless. It has taken me almost two months to get the "proper" paper work into them so they would let me use my money in the account to pay for a Rex Wellness Center membership. It's absolutely ridiculous how they treat their customers and how impossible they make it to use your FSA account money. :-(August 21, 2017by Philip Clayton
