- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I saw Dr. Tamba today, as he was the first available appointment and could not get into my primary doctor. Dr. Tamba was extremely professional and sympathetic and listened to my concerns. He addressed my problems and I left the appointment feeling reassured. I am now looking to switch to Dr. Tamba as my primary.July 27, 2017by Jacqueline Fennessy
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience with Ismael Tamba and staff is one that I would not recommend anyone going to him. After requesting my blood pressure medicine multiple times thru Duke MyChart to his staff, I called directly to find out why it was never filled. The nursing staff LIED and stated that I called her names when I questioned as to why no one responded to my request to medicine refills. The Office Manager never followed up with anything and took the word of the staff member. Fortunately I had the records of my requests in the system. Dr. Tamba does not talk to his patients and relies on someone else to do his job. SAVE YOURSELF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY AS I EXPERIENCED AND DO NOT GO TO HIM. Letters were sent to him as well as the Board of Trustees about this event. If I could score under the 1 star, it certainly would be so!July 14, 2017by David Jackson
